Audit Updates!
We’ve reviewed the security audit provided by Solidified for the UniTrade smart contract. Happy to announce that the findings are a few very straightforward fixes that need to be made. Our development team is currently working on these changes, Solidified will review these minor changes, and we are good to launch. It was a pleasure working with the Solidified team and would definitely recommend them.
I’m expecting all to be finalized early next week and UniTrade will be live! I don’t want to set a hard deadline because certain things are out of our control, such as the auditor reviewing our changes. However with that being said I’d put a tentative launch date of October 7th (Wednesday) that we can hit if all goes smooth.
We will be the first platform to launch a fully audited smart contract for placing limit orders against the Uniswap DEX :rocket:. UniTrade is a much needed solution in this space which will only get bigger as larger exchanges come under fire by governments. Decentralization and specifically DeFi will continue to grow year after year. It truly is just the beginning for us and many other projects in this space. We are the first mover with a professional team behind the platform and a fully secure smart contract. Once deployed UniTrade will run forever without any interference from any outside entities. The future is very promising, it doesn’t just stop after we launch, it only gets better.
The TRADE token has a true connection to the platform and trades being placed on the platform is strongly correlated to the price. 60% of all the fees in ETH are used to buy UniTrade on the open market and burning the amount it purchases.
The full potential of UniTrade and TRADE has not yet been realized by most. Uniswap does roughly ~$500m in trading volume every day. If UniTrade captures only $5 million trading volume thats a $60,000 BUY order for TRADE on UniSwap that will be systematically executed by the contract EVERY DAY.
The other $40,000 in ETH (from fees) gets rewarded to users staking their TRADE. Honestly I believe we are all going to be very impressed with the token performance once the word spreads, marketing kicks into full gear, and people start using the platform let’s see where we’re at then.
The feedback, suggestions, and support from you guys is honestly something I appreciate beyond words. I truly appreciate everything. Without this community we wouldn’t be where we’re at now. It’s been pretty crazy journey with a bunch of drama along the way. I’m still here, we’re all still here — and UniTrade is about to take over,
